
After more than 10 years working for leading market research organisation, BMRB, MORI and NOP, I established Kindle Research in 2005 to concentrate on high quality research and consultancy to organisations using technology.
I specialise in mixed methodology projects, particularly in the areas of new product development, marketing communications and customer satisfaction and led complex projects for a range of high profile clients such as Elsevier, Student Loans Company, BT, Cisco, IBM, HP, Motorola, Nokia, and Orange.
Much of my research has been international, including 2 years working in Chile (so always looking for an opportunity to get my Spanish back up to scratch!).
